At Micro Ingredients, we stand behind the purity and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the product is at least half-full and includes the provided RMA documentation.

  Ship Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
